1Contractual Relationship
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and usage of the Spend Shield SaaS web/mobile systems, subscription metrics engines, and databases. By registering an account and using our workspaces, you represent that you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any section of these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.
2User Authentication & Roles
Access to Spend Shield requires email registration and validation. We enforce role-based workspace hierarchies to protect your data:
- Guest Users: Non-registered users or anonymous sessions are strictly disallowed.
- Workspace Owner: The account creator who holds billing accountability, controls the payment channel, invites workspace members, and administers plan upgrades or cancellations.
- Workspace Member: Invited by the Owner. Members can view, create, edit, or delete shared subscriptions and expenses within their assigned workspace.
- Platform Administrator (Admin): Has global authority to oversee workspaces, view user listings, analyze resource usage statistics, activate/deactivate accounts, and adjust price sheets.
3Subscription Plan Limits
Spend Shield restricts subscription entries and workspace logs based on your chosen plan. Plan limits are enforced system-wide:
- Free Plan: Limited to a maximum of 5 entries (combined total of subscriptions and expenses).
- Standard Plan: Limited to a maximum of 20 entries.
- Premium Plan: Access to unlimited entries.
- Team Plan: Facilitates multiple workspace collaborations and team member additions, with unlimited entries.
If you reach your plan limit, you will be unable to add additional records until you delete existing entries or upgrade your workspace to a higher plan.
4Payments & JazzCash Integration
Billing parameters for paid accounts are configured in accordance with the user's geolocated or selected territory:
Payments are handled in partnership with the JazzCash gateway. Standard monthly fees are charged continuously until paused or cancelled. If you subscribe to long-term plans, prepaid billing options apply as follows: 1-Year subscription earns a 30% discount, 2-Year subscription earns a 40% discount, and 3-Year subscription earns a 50% discount.
Failed payments or card declines through the JazzCash portal may result in immediate suspension of standard/premium status, reverting the workspace to the Free Plan limits (5 entries), which may temporarily restrict access to extra logs until the dues are resolved.
5Refunds Policy
We provide users with reasonable opportunities to claim refunds on standard/premium subscriptions under appropriate circumstances. Requests are evaluated and processed back through JazzCash protocols subject to validation of payment history and compliance with billing parameters.
6Workspace Usage & Account Monitoring
By using Spend Shield, you agree not to submit fraudulent expense entries or exploit database records. The Platform Admins reserve complete authority to monitor workspace statistics, audit system resources to optimize performance (under 2 seconds response time target), and deactivate any workspace or user account violating security practices or generating excessive server strain.
7Limitation of Liability
Spend Shield is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that database synchronization, push alerts, or expense calculations will be entirely error-free, or that email/push reminders will trigger without network delays. In no event shall Spend Shield, its directors, or its tech partners be liable for lost profits, loss of workspace records, or financial decisions made based on system charts.
8Amendments & Inquiries
